Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next renewal date.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as SEPA direct debit for European customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
Yes. Both Plus and Business plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You'll get full access to all plan features during the trial period, and we'll send you a reminder before it ends.
Your files are never deleted when you downgrade. If your stored data exceeds the new plan's limit, you'll retain read access to all existing files but won't be able to upload new ones until you free up space or upgrade again. We give you 90 days to bring your usage within the new limit.
Yes. When you choose annual billing, you get 2 months free compared to monthly payments. That's €39.90/year for Plus (instead of €47.88) and €99.90/year for Business (instead of €119.88). You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
